I’ve been following my school for over a quarter of a century, which for some might be a
long time, while for others might not be enough. For me those twenty-five years have been
filled with great moments. To me the “Carolina Family” and “Carolina Way” are not words, but a way of thinking and doing things. As I say to one and all: I love UNC I really do, and if you are of the Carolina Blue, I love you too! On my blog, The Fifth Corner, you will find a lot of men’s basketball and football, some soccer (M & W), lacrosse (M), baseball and softball. I also try to keep up with all of the ex-Carolina players that are now in the Pro’s with the series called “Heels in the League” and post interviews on my site, as well.
David Giancaspro
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, David Giancaspro is a junior at UNC Chapel Hill majoring in Spanish and minoring in Writing for the Screen and Stage. He grew up a diehard Virginia Tech fan, but he’s been Hokie sober for a little over 2 years now. For David, there’s nothing better in the world than a Saturday afternoon spent watching football with friends and family, although watching Roy Williams’ Tar Heels dominate Duke on the hardwood comes pretty darn close.
